Shipping policy

We offer standard and tracked shipping worldwide. All prices are in Great British Pounds (£).

How long will it take to receive my order?
Keep in mind that some products are made to order and so personalised pieces
can take upto a month to design and create.However for all other orders please allow up to 3 days for your order to be shipped out and an additional 2-5 working days to receive your order in the UK.  Shipping times vary however for most international orders aimed to be delivered between 5-21 working days. This is an estimate and delivery times again may vary.

Shipping Method
For the UK, orders are shipped either through 1st or 2nd Class signed for delivery. For international orders there is an option of Standard or Tracked and Signed shipping.
CraftedJewels is NOT liable for any  packages that are claimed as lost and recommend opting for the Tracked option in order to ensure safe passage.

There are no refunds or exchanges as all sales are final.  Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing from us.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Paypal is one of the most secure and trusted online payment services on the
web, it is also possible to sign in as a guest and enter your card details from
there. You can now pay through ApplePay or by card too.
