Shipping + Delivery

COVID19 ANNOUNCEMENT

UK orders are currently being processed and shipped as normal with delays in shipping.

We are taking international orders and packaging them however not all will be shipped out until further notice. If you would like to take the risk of delay/lost post, we will ship your order with permission made via email to us.

Delivery times may slightly increase, please wait an additional 5-15 working days for UK orders before contacting us.

Europe orders will be posted out in June, please wait upto 30 working days for delivery before contacting us. If you do not want your order shipped out yet, email us your request.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We ship internationally and have a standard international rate -

STANDARD 2ND CLASS UK DELIVERY - FREE

You can request 1st Class/Signed For shipping however email us before placing your order as processing times need to be accounted for and a fee is incurred.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - £4 

TRACKED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - £9

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

We aim to dispatch/process orders within 1-3 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public UK Holidays)

UK Delivery - Aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days

International - Aimed to be delivered within 5-12 working days (may vary country to country and is an estimated time frame)

Some countries may take longer due to customs clearances and so you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country

DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Normally orders using standard shipping will not be charged for customs fee. 

However, whilst we try to minimise customs fee for our customers, this is out of our control and can vary from country to country. You will be liable to pay for an custom fees incurred by your country.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY SHIPPING DETAILS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we cannot change or re-route your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. 

If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us as soon as possible in order to correctly label and send your package out.
